Fees and Policies

 Powered Carts

 A cart or caddie is required before 6 PM. Players must be 16 years of age to drive a cart and are fully responsible for any damages resulting from their operation.

Walking is permitted anytime during the Off Season and after 6 PM during the Summer Season.

Pull carts are prohibited.

Caddies/Fore Caddies

By advance reservation, caddies are available every day of the summer, and weekends during the spring & fall. Caddie rates are:

               Walking                    18 Holes                $50 per bag   

                                                9 Holes                $25 per bag

               Forecaddie               18 Holes                $25 per bag 

                                                9 Holes                $15 per bag

These rates do not include gratuity, which is at the discretion of the player.   Please contact the Golf Shop for information or to arrange for caddies. 

Reservation Policy

Lifetime Members may reserve starting times 14 Days in advance. Ten Year Members may reserve starting times 14 days in advance. A limited number of reservations may be available to unaccompanied guests starting 7 days in advance.

Special Events

Reservations are available for special events. Please contact the sales office for more information.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations become guaranteed 48 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, no-show groups, or groups short of the guarantee may be charged full rate for all tee times left vacant.

Practice Facilities

StoneWater Golf Club members have full access to the practice areas at all times during hours of operation.  The practice facilities are available for non-members only to warm-up prior to play.    

Dress Code

Proper golf attire is requested at all times on both the Course and the Practice Facilities. Jeans or jean shorts are prohibited. Men must wear a collared golf shirt and women may not wear cut-offs or halter-tops.

Spikeless Shoes

Golfers are required to wear Soft spikes or non-metal spikes. Metal and ceramic spikes are prohibited. Spike changes are available for customers at a nominal charge.

Replay Policy

Groups who have completed their round and wish to play again will be offered a special 50% discounted rate if times are available. This rate is not available for groups booking multiple starting times in advance.

Rain Policy

In the event of threatening weather, please call the club to check on the playability of the golf course. If the course is open, then play will resume. Players on the course unable to complete their round will be issued a prorated rain check based on the number of unplayed holes in that day’s round.

Unaccompanied Guest Greens Fees

The Unaccompanied Guest Rate is $100, which includes Greeens Fee, Golf Cart, Driving Range (when available), & Taxes.
