The Group Event Specialists

Let the Staff at StoneWater welcome you to Ohio’s Premier Golf Venue!

Our superior Group Event services make StoneWater Golf Club the ideal choice for your business golf event, making a special occasion truly memorable.

All Golf Events will include the following items...

  • 18 holes of golf on our championship Hurdzan/Fry Masterpiece and a cart with each players’ name on a custom cart sign
  • Practice Range — Before your round, warm up just like the pros
  • ½ hour golf clinic with Director of Instruction, Bob Bourne
  • Convenient beverage cart service during your round of golf
  • A $10 prize fund per player valid toward golf shop merchandise
  • A customized bag tag printed with name of event and each guest’s name
  • A customized Cart Sign printed with name of event and each guest’s name
  • A customized Scorecard printed with name of event and each guest’s name
  • A customized Welcome Sheet complete with the day’s info and sponsors’ logos
  • A full color 36 page yardage guide for every player
  • Event Scoring Services with customized proximity markers
  • Use of locker and locker room facilities for each player
Please note some conditions and group minimums apply. All groups and all players are asked to abide by StoneWater Golf Club policies and procedures including etiquette, conduct on the golf course, pace of play expectations, and dress code.


Fees
  • Fees vary depending on the season, day of the week, and time of the day.

Payment
  • Groups of 16 players or fewer must be paid in full at time of scheduling.
  • Outing dates will be secured upon receipt of signed contract and a non refundable 25% deposit.
  • The final 75% or full payment will be due the day of your event. We accept personal or company checks and Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Cancellations
  • Groups of 16 players or fewer are guaranteed 72 hours in advance. No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled time.
  • For groups of more than 16 players, a guaranteed player count is due one week in advance. No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations within one week of the scheduled event.
Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, please call the club to check on course playability. If the course is open, golfers will be expected to play. If the course is closed and play has not commenced, a refund or rain date will be issued. If prolonged severe weather prevents completion of play, a voucher will be issued.

 

Dress Code

Proper golf attire is required at all times at StoneWater Golf Club. Jeans or jean shorts are not permitted. Shorts must be approximately knee length. Gentlemen are required to wear a collared golf shirt and ladies must not wear short skirts or halter-tops. Softspikes are required: metal or ceramic spikes are prohibited.

Golf Policies

All players are subject to StoneWater Golf Club's golf policies, which are posted in the golf shop.

Food Service

StoneWater Golf Club is able to provide all food and beverage services deemed necessary for any event. All arrangements for food services must be coordinated with the food and beverage director. Contact the club for further information.
All food and beverage consumed on the club premises must be purchased from the club.

Directions

StoneWater Golf Club is located just twenty minutes east of downtown Cleveland in Highland Heights, Ohio.

The Club is easily accessible from either I-271 or I-90.

From I-271, exit at Wilson Mills Road / Highland Heights (exit 36). Turn west onto Wilson Mills Road and travel approximately ¼ mile to Miner Road (Star Bank on corner). Turn right onto Miner Road and travel to second traffic light. Aberdeen Community will be on your left. Turn left into Aberdeen and the entrance to StoneWater Golf Club will be approximately one half mile on your right.

From I-90, exit at Bishop Road (exit 187). Turn south onto Bishop Road and travel through several traffic lights and one four-way stop. You will pass Cuyahoga County Airport on the right. The second traffic light is Aberdeen Boulevard. Aberdeen Community will be on your left. Turn left into Aberdeen and the entrance to StoneWater will be approximately 7/10 mile on your left.
