For Your Information

Guarantees- All events require a guarantee 15 days prior to their event which the minimum charge of people will be held to.

 

Additional Charges:

 

Service Charge- All food and beverage sales are subject to a 20 % Service Charge which will be added to the final billing of your event.

 

Tax – All applicable taxes will be added to the final billing of your event.

 

Rental Charges- Stonewater offers all of its furniture, equipment and linens available to your event. In the event we cannot supply your party with our own items, rental charges will be quoted before and added to the final billing of your event.

 

Staffing- Some events may require more than standard manpower needs to insure all details are properly carried through. These arrangements will be quoted prior to and added to the final billing of your event.  

 

Room Charge- This charge is only for events that do not include Food or Beverage service. Fees may vary by time and season.

 

Customizing- This package contains many ideas that are suitable for most event needs. But at Stonewater, above and beyond is the norm! If you don’t see something that would properly suit your event, please ask us.

 

Security- The city requires a security person for parties over 100 people when alcohol is being served. This fee is $100.00

 

Deposit- To insure the holding of your events date, a deposit is necessary.  Deposits are 50% of the estimated value of food, beverage and any necessary rentals for your event. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your final balance.

 

Minimum/Maximum Menu Requirements – Buffet plans have a 30 person minimum except where noted. Limited menu plans have a 25 person maximum. There are no restrictions on individually plated dinners.

 

Minimum Facility Requirements-For events requesting the entire facility, a minimum requirement must be met. This amount varies upon time and location. This amount will also serve in place of the guarantee value if it fails to exceed the min. facility requirement.
